Sold my 76 year old mother a used lemon,and do believe the night she went to get it told her they locked the keys in the car, I do believe they had to charge it overnight, because that is what I have had to do every since she bought their junk. They put a new battery on it and charged her for that then now said they found what was draining the battery, and it was going to cost 2,200 to fix it. I scheduled service appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. Service usually takes 1 hour but after 1:45 minutes I inquired about status. I was told It was about 1 hour before Vehicle would get into shop then an hour to complete service. I asked to have my keys and I took vehicle without completing the service. Service writer was not concerned about scheduled time and thought a 4 hour wait was fine. I will never schedule service with this dealership again.
