A sales associate at your organisation, Travis Wheeler, is a bigot and doxxed a child because he had a disagreement with the kid’s mom. If he’s indicative of the people you have working at your organisation, I’ll skip making a trip there when I’m back home.
Took it in for two recalls and an oil change waited three hours they told me the recalls were done which they were not all they did was change my oil and the service rep out right lie to me about the recalls being done and I found out they were not done because I have a camera in my truck my truck sit in the parking lot for 2 1/2 hours and then they brought it in for the oil change I will never purchase or go back to the dealership for anything

RecommendedMy car started acting up on the highway while I was passing through from another state (with my 91-year-old grandmother and my dog in the car with me on a very hot day). RecommendedMy car started to have transmission problems and shaking steering wheel. Took it to get diagnosed to see what could be the cause the service advisor took care of me quick. She let me know what the problem was and what my warranty covered and made sure my tires were balanced right. Thank you to Mel Hanvelt and to Northwest Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealer for helping me get my car fixed.
Hendrick Dodge Automotive Group in Cary NC has terrible customer service. Very unprofessional and do not stand by their vehicles or their customers. Please don’t not buy your vehicle from them or take your vehicle there for service you will not be happy.

I bought a brand new car here and 3 months later they still have not gotten me my title - Absurd - they can't even call and help me - DO NOT RECOMMEND if you can't do something this simple. Next step is a lawsuit.
RecommendedRider Funez is the man to see at Brandon. Weather it's an easy sale or a complicated one like the one I had he will go above and beyond to help you out, he will do everything within he's grasp to get you in the car you want. The Finance team did an amazing and outstanding job helping us out, it took a week of pushing and trying but they managed to get us into the truck we wanted. Great team.
