Mike has always helped us. Great place to get your vehicles very understanding and polite and helpful. I even brought my brother (who is deaf) here and they took their time with him and helped him as much as they can and he loves his vehicle I also got my dream vehicle today and they are awesome with us. Derrick Dorsey was super helpful and courteous. From start to finish the dreaded car buying process was much better than expected. Selection of vehicles was excellent, and pricing was fair.
This, by far, is the worst service department I have ever dealt with in my life. DO NOT waste your time taking anything here for repair. They have had my husbands vehicle for nearly 2 weeks... they "fixed" it once, but low and behold it still didnt work. so they had to order another part....and for some reason they have no earthly idea when it will arrive. They just keep making excuses and saying how they can't control how long it will take. I, for one, will never purchase a vehicle from these people...or use their service d... read more
