Myself, and several others, witnessed a conversation with salesman, Gary Brown, today. He was the rudest, most condescending person I have ever heard. I was appalled at the fact he called her a liar, told her he was surprised her van lasted as long as it did( she’s had it 90 days) and that she should have expected to put money into that car. I just purchased a van from them literally four months ago. The transmission went out when I was driving what I was told would be a dependable vehicle. I had my 83 year old mother with me and we were stranded on the side of the road. When I called Gary Brown today he was rude and hateful and told me he was surprised that the vehicle he sold me lasted as long as it did. Do not I repeat do not purchase a vehicle from Big M.
