This was my first visit. I tried the pulled pork sandwich and it was awesome. The sandwich was so huge that I could only eat half. The pork was very tasty and the most tender pork I have ever eaten, and the BBQ sauce was phenomenal as well. I will definitely go back and highly recommend Big Lee's to all my friends.
Seriously righteous brisket. Juicy, flavorful and tender. Pulled pork and chicken ate delicious. Worth the trip for the brisket.
Yesterday we drove into Ocala from Kentucky and the 1st place we stopped was Big Lee's- serious about Barbecue. It was AMAZING. The chicken was so tender and cooked to perfection. My husband had the Ribs and said they were the best he's ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful. It will definitely be a new tradition to stop there whenever we visit Ocala.
Being a pit master too I have to say they have it going on. Very tasty.
I have ate bbq all over the south , this is by far the best bbq i have ever ate. The service was excellent as was the food, just need to open a restaurant.

The pulled pork and brisket is the best I have eaten.....and I've eaten barbecue all over the south. The pulled pork melts in you mouth and the brisket is always moist and tender. Oh yea....the corn fritters are to die for too. Keep up the good work Big Lee's!!!
Seriously great barbecue ! The tea is awesome the corn nuggets are unbelievable I had a pulled pork as well that was phenomenal I just can't say enough best barbecue I've ever had ever ever ever! Not to mention the people that own and work there are super cool they talk to the customers they're super nice it's like they know everybody that goes there to eat its so cool. I'll definitely go back
Tried Big Lee's for the first time today. I had the burnt ends basket with baked beans — both were amazing! The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender and juicy, the baked beans among the best I've ever had. I'll be back!
