Terrible business ethics! I asked over the phone how much the service would be, they said $150 just to come out and then they would assess the problem. They said they couldn’t give me an estimate over the phone. That’s how they get you!!! He then proceeded to tell me it was $300 an hour when he got here, which I can’t afford right now. They could’ve told me that over the phone because then I had to pay $150 for nothing! No help, still have plumbing problems and they pretty much stole my money.

The office was very accommodating and arranging an appointment time that fit my schedule. They notified me of any changes and also notified me before the plumber arrived. The gentleman arrived in a timely manner, was friendly and able to identify my toilet leak very quickly. He had to return another day to complete the repair, but this was easily arranged by the office with the same kind of service when he arrived.He quickly repaired the toilet and left my bathroom, clean and in good order.
