TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I had a bad experience with a sales rep. Posted a review on Google. They responded and posted my full name and home address. Called and requested that they remove my address and they have been unresponsive. Called today to follow up again. They did not answer when I called twice from my phone number. Used a different phone number and they immediately answered. Worst part about my experience is that I actually wanted to hire them because they were recommended by neighbors.
I had a chance meeting with the owner of this company or he’s a big cheese either way. I hadn’t bought any services from them yet but I have an elderly couple next door with a big corner lot, tons of sprayers and the whole system was broken with the old manual valves. Pastor Miller and his lovely wife were in a pinch, they live off of social security and couldn’t afford to repair it. I am a new customer this year. Last year I had a national company come do mine. Looking at pictures from last year to this year my lawn is significantly greener. They don't try to upsale me every time they come out either like the last company.

What customer service! Dominic from Big League just came to service our lawn today. He spread granules on our grass, and then went back and used the leaf blower to blow the excess off the cement. Now that is above and beyond service! We are extremely happy with the service we've been getting from them over the last two years and our yard is looking great!
