Hit some debris on 81 and lost a tire. We were 300+ miles from home and needed a tire. Called them up and they said bring it right in. They were able to get me an exact match to my tire in an hour and within 2 hours we were back on the road. The receptionist was super nice! Great service, fair price! Blessed to have a break down near them!

My son had car trouble on a road trip late on a Friday afternoon when many places were not answering their phones and we were fortunate that Big L Tires were open and sent a technician out to him in under 10 minutes, and when they determined that it was more extensive than what they could fix they helped me locate a mechanic in the area that was good and still open to help make sure the car was safe so he could complete his trip.
