I have eaten BBQ all over the southeast and this is the best I have had in years.

I'm not really sure what happened. We sat outside because the reviews said the food was amazing and it was a nice day. 55 minutes later we still don't have our food, and that's 15mins after I asked for it to be changed to-go because we had to get home. As a former server, I'm shocked but unsure what happened to cause this.
Note to server: Don't bring my check without asking if I want dessert. Bbq is nothing special - I eat it all over the south and I've never had it in huge chunks like this. Sauce tastes like ketchup with cayenne powder. Slaw had a weird vinegar twang.... fine if it's vinegar based, but not with mayo. The only reason I went there was because Crowe's was.closed. I'll just pass next time, sorry.
Love, love the fried catfish!!! We go every week just for their catfish. I must add that everything we've had has been very good.
Stopped for lunch. We had the pulled pork sandwiches and a side of Mac and cheese. This is seriously the best bbq we have ever had, and we've had a lot! The pork was tender and juicy with the perfect amount of smoke. The bbq sauce was tangy and complemented the pork. Mac and cheese was homemade and delicious.
