I've always liked being here, especially playing putt-putt golf and riding the rides, I haven't been to the water park in a long time
The park is great for toddlers & smaller children ,I didn't think there would be alot for toddlers to do ,but there was a lot for toddlers to do! We bought season passes best way to go if your local or live in surrounding areas ! Only complaint I have is that they need kid friendly life gaurds in the areas for smaller children ! This was our first time to Big Kahuna's but not to Destin. After hearing from friends that we should go, we did! We were expecting a little more for the price but it's not a deal breaker. We brought our 8 year old daughter who really loved it. She was able to ride everything and had fun. We brought a picnic lunch to eat at the car so we didn't have to buy food there. We like the park because Our boys 8 yr Olds love it. Season passes is probably better way to go because day admissions are too expensive. I hate that you cannot bring snacks or drinks inside; Food is far too expensive. We go out of the park to eat our packed lunches but no only 1 broken table available.
First time going. To expensive for everything from admission, locker, food and drink cost. The so called lazy river was very dangerous me my husband and kids got hurt multiple times. The let to many people go to close together which causes you to flip over people my husband and myself busted our heads from flipping my son hurt his arm. Been coming here since 91 and I just love it every summer they do a locals get in free day and I have had season passes until 2001 when I moved away. Now that I have moved back its the best place on emerald coast to be. Yesterday me and daughter had a blast and now that she's old enough to actually enjoy being able to ride everything. Her best birthday present so far.
