⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience with Big Kahuna Marine! From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. The owner personally told me he would have a spare tire for my trailer by Friday, and he kept his word. The spare tire arrived on Friday, just in time before my fishing trip, which I truly appreciated. Excellent communication, excellent service, and a great price. It’s hard to find businesses that stand behind their word like this. Five stars all the way. Highly recommended!
I used Big Kahuna for some work on my boat trailer. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the experience. Everything from the communication, quality of work, timelines, and fairness of price was great. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Alex, 100%, has been the most caring, business owner I have ever interacted with. Customer satisfaction is a true moral of him. He takes his time, goes up and beyond to make sure that you get what you need for trailer or boats stuff. He’s earned me as a forever customer for literally anything that has to do with Marine parts.
Great experience! Dropped off my Continental boat trailer for some work and Alex mentioned they also do 300 HR service. 1 stop shop! Got both the trailer and motor serviced with them. Great folks over here and highly recommend for any trailer / boat work. Thank you Alex & team!
Took my boat to get serviced for 300 hour service, new propeller, spot light, and various other repairs. Alex and his team were extremely honest, accommodating, thorough and priced fairly. Anything you need, they can do it. We have many years of experience in the Marine industry and wouldn't trust anyone else. Would definitely recommend A+++.
