Alex, 100%, has been the most caring, business owner I have ever interacted with. Customer satisfaction is a true moral of him. He takes his time, goes up and beyond to make sure that you get what you need for trailer or boats stuff. He’s earned me as a forever customer for literally anything that has to do with Marine parts.

Took my boat to get serviced for 300 hour service, new propeller, spot light, and various other repairs. Alex and his team were extremely honest, accommodating, thorough and priced fairly. Anything you need, they can do it. We have many years of experience in the Marine industry and wouldn't trust anyone else. Would definitely recommend A+++.
Alex is by far the fairest and most honest guy I've dealt with regarding trailer and work repairs needed to keep our company trailers on the road. He is a perfectionist and priced very competitively! You will not be disappointed.
After months of chasing a high rpm misfire on my Honda 15 HP outboard and 4 weeks at a local Honda outboard shop with no luck, Alex and his team found and fixed the issue in 3 days! I loved the customer service, willingness to listen/understand the issue, and most importantly, ability to FIX the issue quickly at a reasonable price. Big Kahuna is now my GOTO for marine service and they have a great selection of parts for boats, motors and trailers! Highly recommend you give them a call.
