I bought a new car and it had a ding on the side panel.I took it back to the dealer and they sent me too the people that fix their cars.They did a terrible job.I then took it to Big Johns.They did an awesome job.They are the best.They are very professional.
Was told by my insurance company to try this body shop. I know that The insurance is paying but they refused to give an estimate. They were of no help. They were extremely rude about all this. I will be letting my insurance company now not to recommend them.

Crooks! Their staff is rude! They picked up my vehicle after my accident (not by my choice) and refused to talk to me on the phone about what I needed to do to take out my vehicle. I had to drive all the way out there, only to get turned away. Terrible Service. Terrible Owner. Terrible Staff. BEWARE! I'm in the process of taking legal action under the Texas DTPA against Big John and his shady business practices.
I would highly recommend Big Johns in Belton to have your vehicle repaired at! They are very friendly and my car looked new again within a week.
