Didn't work on the car for over a month. Quoted then asked someone else for a quote. Never worked on it.

Very unprofessional and rude. You ever wake up to a call that a vehicle you own was impounded. Government offices are closed which includes title offices to switch cars into your name even with proper title paperwork. 😑 I hope to never have to call this place again. First time I called they hung up on me. Second time someone answered they told me to hold on after explaining what happened to them, just to be just transferred to someone else without explaining to them what was going on or letting me know I was even being tran... read more
I took my automobile to Big John's for body repair. To repair it would cost an estimated $1000. However, a dent repair specialist was in town at the facility and the owner asked him to look at it and he repaired for $250 using the dent repair techniques rather than the more invasive and expensive ones. This business has integrity and great values.
I hit a deer and had my jeep towed to Big Johns in Belton & they were AWESOME! The owner contacted me everyday on updates/location of my vehicle/etc & just was on top of it. They brought me so much relief during the stressful situation and my Grand Cherokee came back looking better than when I purchased it! I would absolutely recommend Big Johns and will continue to use them. (They also have a crazy cool decorations)🥰
