False advertising >:( The sign clearly states open daily 6:30 am went there on a Sunday at 7:30 restaurant dark just to find out you didn't open until 8:30 am. Last I checked Sunday is part of the week so that would be part of daily. >:(
Stars only went to 5 but definitely an 8 owosso store is the bestest.
Horrible service! My husband went up there with a written note with exactly what we wanted. They screwed up both subs. I called, told them what was wrong, and he drove back up to get them replaced. THEY ACTUALLY SENT HIM HOME WITH THE SAME SUB HE HAD BROUGHT BACK TO THEM! When I called back the person I talked to said he told her there was nothing wrong with the sub, and that the manager Carmen said there was nothing they could do. I'm stunned. Like duh! Friendly staff even in the middle of the lunch rush. Everything was prepared perfectly.
This was my first time at Big Johns, I could smell banana peppers before I even walked in the door, I love, love banana peppers but I was not sure if that is what I was smelling, so I told the order taker it was my first time there and that I would need a second, and she proceeded to tell me about how the subs were made at what came on them, so I ordered a #6 meal and she asked if I wanted banana peppers as well, I was surprised and very, very pleased, this was the place I smelled the peppers, lol, the service was profession... read more
