I reserved a porta potty weeks ago and paid for it right away. For the delivery the guy tried to show up at 6:30 am on the day of delivery and instead of giving me a call he left. They tried to reschedule for 3 days after my event and I told them that would not work so the driver did come back and drop it off and was very nice. I needed it picked up the day after my party so I do not get a fine with the city. When I called they said the driver tried to come in the morning so I checked our cameras and no one tried to come. So, as I called before asking about a unit they told me they would put me down for Saturday 09/11/21 was told credit or debit on. The company I'm working with in Rockford is renting a porta from this company. Let me tell you they don't service this thing what so ever. The its completely disgusting .
These guys are awesome! Couldn't be happier with the quick service. These guys go over and beyond, they made several emergency trips. The service doesn't get any better!! Thank you!
