I have had nothing but the best experience here at big island used cars. I love that i started off just FB messaging with little questions that I had and by the end of the day I was approved for a car loan. Then the next day I stop by the dealership to see what kinda cars they had available. I definitely recommend Big Island Cars. My husband and I test drive both cars we were interested in. Brandon was very knowledgeable on all the cars and help us make our final decision. Super friendly environment which made buying an ease. He walked us through the whole process and even called the insurance company to add the car on. Great customer service and environment. Would definitely come back for a second car !
