I personally wouldn’t join. The gym was far better when it was under Big Iron management. The new staff gives very globo gym vibes. I cancelled my membership three months ago, and yesterday received a charge from them on my credit card for which they are denying. Seriously, look elsewhere.

Drove 30 minutes to attend a 7am class. Sat outside for 10 minutes, then received an automated text that the class had been canceled at 7:06. Could have been an emergency that truly happened "in the moment," but I'd really appreciate more notice so I could have replanned my day and where I was going to get my workout.

They listed a piece of equipment for sale, and we agreed on a price and pick-up date. Since it was a large item, I took a day off to transport it. However, the next day, they sold it to someone else without even notifying me (thankfully, Facebook Marketplace did so I didn’t have to drive 2 hours) While I understand they received a better offer, the issue is how they handled the situation.
