Couldn't fix a roof leak after repeated visits. Ended up that they just shoved a bunch of caulk in and hoped for the best after charging us 800 dollars. Called another roofing contractor and they fixed the issue in one trip.
Big Ike’s did a great job on our detached garage! We have found leaks and were hoping to get all redone before snow started to come and they were able to schedule me quick and did a great job. We will be calling them when it’s time to do our house. Thanks Big Ike’s!
I know why this company has a high rating! They don't care how big or small the job is! They come and get it done! I called and Debbie was extremely helpful and set it up for Chris to come out. Chris came within five days and repaired my roof. While he was up on the roof, he also noticed two shingles that blew off my roof . A guy came out from Big Ike’s company to repair a leak in my roof. I was charge 450 dollars and told it was repaired. As soon as it rain it started leaking in the exact spot. I called the guy and he told me to call him on Wednesday and he would swing by and check it out. I called him on Wednesday he told me he was really busy and didn’t know when he could come by.
