Jason is one of the hardest working real estate agents I’ve worked with. During Covid he showed my wife and I countless properties and was very patient through the bidding process (when it was impossible to get a bid accepted!). He persevered and we got an offer accepted. Jason was very patient and trustworthy throughout the entire process. I used a VA loan, and finding a home in the right location and within my price range was extremely important to me, Jason made that happen. In 2023, we secured a VA loan on a home that was $25,000 under market value, which was a huge deal, especially since most homes were selling over asking at that time. Even two years later, I still feel completely secure and confident in my purchase. I truly owe it all to Jason Bethurum.
