My house had a tree fall on my roof and cause extensive damages. I reached out to Big House construction and **** came right out to help with all my needs. He got a tree company with a crane come out within hours to remove tree and then Matts guys tarped it up before rainfall the next day. He then referred me to a public adjuster to help me with my insurance claim. What a relief it was for me having Big House and the adjuster work together to get things done and completed. Nothing but a wonderful experience with Big House Construction. ******************* and ******* were nothing but professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They handled the entire claim process with my insurance company.The roof and the craftsmanship are second to none. This review is for ***************** (overall, for everything as a whole done), and ************************* and his team for the interior (of the entire back side of my house) once it was completely gutted. I had a wonderful experience with Big House Construction. They stepped in and completed restoration after a very stressful mitigation process. l felt like they were with me every step of the way. All 3 levels of *********** were damaged and the repairs were extensive. The team took care of everything and kept me informed throughout the process. Could not have had a better roof building experience! The whole process was explained in detail and I was given so many shingle samples to choose from which took out all of the guess work. I appreciated how patient they were with me and all of my many questions since I am a first time homeowner. They helped lead me to the right decisions that made the most sense for me which gave me great confidence in moving forward with everything. Extremely efficient with Insurance claims and is on time and thorough. They completed my entire house and shed roofs in les than 9 hrs all in one day. They clean up ********** and leave grounds in better shape than it was when starting. You can trust their staff and no rescheduling!
