Wonderful place to take your animals We found this clinic after our vet couldn't find out what was wrong with our dog. They are all very caring and compassionate people. I wish I was a dog or cat because they sure take their time to find out what the problem might be. They don't just say here take this pill or here take that pill, they find out just what is going on with your pet. Pets can't talk and tell you what hurts them so you have to find someone who is willing to take the time necessary to find the problem and they do... read more

Great place to take your dog! I think Big Hollow Companion Animal Hospital is wonderful. Dr. Malcolm has been our veterinarian for over 10 years. He does a great job and really cares about our animals. We appreciate the extra care provided my all the vet. technicians. The receptionists at the front desk are accommodating, friendly and helpful. Great Veterinarian! As a volunteer and foster family for several local shelters, we’ve had the good fortune of working with Dr. Malcolm. He is absolutely wonderful with puppies and kittens and, you can tell he really cares about their well being. During our very first fostering experience, we had an extremely emaciated mom with 14 puppies. It was a difficult first foster experience!! Big Hollow Clinic Review To the point! My dog had puppies, they checked them to make sure they were in good health. 1 of the puppies did not have a fully developed upper mouth. When that means is when she tried to feed she could not suck! After 10 days we took her back, that;s when it was discovered and she had to be put down. During the 10 days we were hand feeding her because we say that she was not growing any. Then the clinic still charged us to put her asleep!

I paid $300 just to get health certificate for traveling I have been bring in my pets here since last year... I thought the care we received were great eventhough they charge a lot... I request the vet office to fill out treveling health certificate. They asked me to bring all of my 3 pets... I wondered why... I brought all them for a visit.. They charge $46 for the health certificate and $ 46 for consultation. So I ended up paying almost $300.00.. I have gotten health certificate for trevelling purpose, but no vet office ch... read more
Outstanding Animal Hospital We have used the Big Hollow Companion Animal Hospital for our indoor and feral outdoor cats for a number of years now. Dr. Malcolm, one of the excellent vets on staff, is truely a caring and clinically skilled person. I wish my own doctor had the bed-side manner and concern for the "patient" that he exhibits. Helpful We do not use this animal hospital regularly but we did have a dog we found on the side of the road that was injured. Our vet could not keep the animal and we called around until this vet said yes, they would take him and care for him as long as possible. It was a relief to have someone care enough to do this.
