Ken you called and said our Italian Sausage made you sick. We sold 300 lbs of Italian sausage this weekend and not one other person complained. It is possible that you came in contact with germs from another source that made you sick.
Had Big Guys cater our party today for 40 people. Went with my favorite the brats (which included the awesome grilled onions and mustard) with some sliders, chicken piccata, potatoes, mac and cheese and the Greek salad. It was a huge hit. Brendan thanks for advising us on the order size. It was just the right amount. Unfortunately it was SO good that there aren't any leftovers. I was planning on eating it for lunch this week. Thanks for being the hit of the party Big Guys.
