My husband and I already loved Big Guys because of their delicious sausages and takeout food, as well as their events. We love them even more after a fantastic catering experience this weekend. Great customer service throughout the process, and we ended up with a ton of delicious food for a big event we were hosting. I used to order from here all the time. Half of my check would go here. Then I moved to Hanover park. The last thing i got before I moved was their buffalo chicken sausage. Now nearly 6 months after I moved I came here. BIG MISTAKE cause now the buffalo chicken sausage and bg fries will haunt my dreams. No sausage will compare to their sausage. The Crawfish Roll was Delightful. Rich and flavorful. I washed it down with a root beer. Great service and friendly staff... I wonder how it would taste on a toasted roll with a little garlic butter...

Sausage was ok. The part I hated most was being kicked out of the place at 945pm and was told we couldn't eat inside because they were closing. In 15 minutes. What???? Then my friend rides over to join us for a meal and arrives at 950pm and the door is closed. Horrible. If I could give you a negative review I would. Only gave you a 2 because I like the sausage. Worst customer service ever. Now my 2 friends that had NEVER eaten here, will never do so again.

Took my Mom to lunch today and to everyone who reviewed this establishment. I salute you!! We loved it and the Grill master flamed broiled the burgers to perfection. Customer service was also excellent in recommending off the menu. We will return!!! Thank you Big Guy's from the Big Guy!!!
