always takes them at least a week to process checks after you pay rent. always hard to get ahold of them by phone. NEVER in the office at a convenient time. terrible at giving quality information & communicating it. money hungry people for the quality of the apartments they are overpriced. also always rude toward me unless it is jerri in the office. super picky about everything. they don’t pay any attention to the needs of their tenants. i do not recommend leasing with this company because of how difficult they are.
