RecommendedStayed with Big Green through 3 different apartments over the course of about 5 years and I can say that they always took care of me and were truly understanding and helpful if an issue ever arose. Could not ask for better landlords!
I lived in a Big Green apartment for a little less than a year and absolutely loved my experience. A great apartment, conveniently located by campus that I was sad to leave!! Extremely organized payment and request/complaint process, that is all easily accessible on the tenant portal! Any maintenance request was promptly fulfilled, and the maintenance guy was amazing!!! DO NOT RENT HERE! Multiple wiring problems in the apartments, wont respond to calls or texts for weeks, the management is unreasonable and hard to deal with
Rented an apartment where the old maintenance man they had was constantly not fixing things or being sexist. Then I had to move out at the end of 2018 because for 4 months I tried contacting the office by Facebook, text, or phone about the mold spreading in my place which i had with an infant... Never answered. I blew up their phone so not for lack of trying. When I asked for my deposit back they tried to say they would take me to court for leaving unless i paid rent for the 1 extra day I was there. I have pictures of all th... read more

I've been in Big Green for two years now, two different apartments, and have never had a problem! Any maintenance problems are taken care of quickly. Highly recommend!
