If I could give this venue a zero I would. I booked my reception with the big five club in January 2015 for my wedding that was going to be in October 2015. When I spoke to the first coordinator I told her everything I needed and wanted she was great and said all could be done and gave me a great price. In August and September I called the big five asking for my coordinator and they never put her on the phone and avoided me.
