Came from Virginia City, NV to visit my sister in MC Indiana. My car was dirty but not filthy. I didn't expect my car to be perfect or even near perfect but it's still filthy. The young man guided me in but did not use a brush to knock ANY dirt off beforehand. I just expected more for an $18 wash that included upgrades.
Doesn’t get light amount of mud off truck, and definitely doesn’t clean wheels and tires, even paid for the highest wash!! Vacuums are good..
Today was one busy day for me. However I decided to stop to get a carwash something quick. The carwash was great. Once I was done washing my car I had to vacuum as well. I noticed my key fob to my car was missing from my pocket. So I walked around to customer service for help and was quickly help with a smile right away by a team member by the name Luke. Luke came right away helped and assist me with great customer service. Thank you again Luke for all your help Luke
