This morning I shopped at Big E’s, they were kind and well stocked with supplies. The customers were also kind, I was very pleased with their service and attitude.

What do I love about Big E's Supermarket? I love the Manager's specials, Trytko's kielbasa, fresh marrow bones for Riley, their perfect sized rotisserie chicken, easy in and out, friendly staff, and their outstanding, overwhelming generosity in supporting our community - wherever and whenever.
I'm glad Big E's is here for last-minute needs on my way home, but they are majorly lacking in one area: Customer service. I've shopped there for years, and can't recall one visit where the cashier was at all friendly. Even yesterday, the cashier seemed incredibly annoyed at my request to purchase 3 things. Please train your employees that this makes a big difference. (Also: something does not smell right in the back area of the store. Is it being cleaned properly?)
