We love going to Big Ern’s anytime we are in Vegas. The food is as good as any southern BBO and people watching in container village is great fun

The staff was friendly but they kept running out of food and it took forever for that reason. The only thing that saved me as a customer is the playground because my kids were playing and it was their food that was taking forever. Tried to get Mac and cheese it was gone would’ve had to wait 40 mins, tried to order a cake they were out. The food was ok nothing exciting and my stomach was sick from it the next morning (was the only thing I ate that day). I wouldn’t eat there again.
I must have been at the wrong place or caught them on a bad day because it was the worst bbq I've ever had.
Food was good customer service could of been better. Ordered meal along with trying to order a kids meal which they stated they were out of chicken tenders and cole slaw. The guy stated that the hot dog place sells chicken tenders and could go there. Declined as I explained would like to buy all meals at one place. Went ahead and payed $5 more for chicken wing meal.
