Where I'm from people cover their meat in sauce when they have something to hide. I love fatty brisket, but it was terrible here. Fat unrendered properly and sliced with the grain instead of against. Also, meat slicer stopped cutting my meat to make a phone call. We were the only customers there and it took 7-8 minutes to slice a pound of brisket and sausage. Everything but the BBQ sauce is flavorless. Not worth it at all >__<
This is the best beef brisket I've had in years. Too bad it's here and not at home in Ohio. I will be back even if it's to grab some delicious sweet potato fries!!

I went to the location in the Fiesta on Rancho and the food caused a party in my mouth. I had tlbrisket, chicken, and a hot link that was so tender. The mac & cheese was was to die for. If u haven't been to Big Ern's BBQ what are u waiting for? The service was great as well, very friendly people.
My lady friend and I gave this pace a try on Saturday. What a pleasant surprise! Good food and good portions! We will DEFINITELY return! Thank you for filling our tummies!
