Ray was so very patient and helpful with our process! Unfortunately the fate broke and could only access from 9-5pm. When my friends work and with out the 24hr access it was detrimental to our move. So I'd say it was most inconvenient when I had to move and work around the access time. But other than that it's clean and secure.
