I used to love this place. I'm not sure why I have never seen the same person twice. I order the same thing every time I go. A Polynesian pineapple with sweetened condensed milk on the top. This has the soft serve inside, well it used to. When I got it yesterday, no soft serve. They finally put the sweetened condensed milk on the top but completely missed what goes inside. Hands down the greatest shaved ice in history!!! Had the pleasure of meeting Tommy and his customer service is second to none. This place is outstanding in every way!
Awesome first experience and so good, definitely recommend dragons blood and red/blue cotton candy.
So many choices to choose from and the staff are professional and friendly.
