Food was great, staff was very pleasant, and the atmosphere was very cozy .

I was a bit disappointed, especially after reading the reviews. Maybe we went on an "off night". The Red Beans and rice were bland, the catfish wasnt fried that well, and the coating on the shrimp didnt stay on the shrimp. The flavor on the catfish and shrimp were ok once they were drenched in hot sauce. No substitutions on the baskets, so we paid for the fries even though we didnt want them. We wanted to try the Red Beans & rice. Service was ok, but I am cool on this place. No need to go back.
I miss the food from Louisiana, and it's tough to find a good place to get it here without spending an arm and a leg. This place is delicious, very well priced and has that "French quarter" feel inside (small, old, homely). I'll definitely be back!
If you are in Atlanta, you need to eat here. Never, ever a bad meal. Say hello to Claude. Tell him I sent you.
