I've ordered two boxes of Santorini stones in less than a month and I absolutely love them. Big Earth has outstanding customer service and I received replies to my emails promptly. They really show that they care about the customer and their product. I would absolutely recommend this company, and the Santorini stones themselves.
My husband and I received sod from Big Earth two weeks ago. This sod was infested with sand fleas. We have not been able to enjoy our new pool or yard since getting the sod. The infestation is now in the yard and house. We have had it treated 3 times without any improvement. When this was discussed with the company, their only response was an apology. I regret ever having used this company and would not recommend them. Their lack of interest in resolving this is inexcusable!

Very Thankful for Big Earth's donation to the children of The Learning Cottage!
Big earth was so generous as they spent time with our parent committee member from the learning cottage to share the joy of of planting to enhance our planet with our preschoolers for earth day. We can't thank them enough!

Big Earth donated plants this year to the Sarasota Learning Cottage Earth Day Celebration. The children planted the flowers during the event and had a blast!!!!! Dawn was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout the entire process! We cannot thank her or the store enough. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family!!!
