Horrible customer service and over priced
RecommendedI have tried calling 7 times today 9/11/20 to speak with the company owner for an issue I need assistance with from a recent visit. line continuously busy or noone answers. would not come here. my wife went to get a set of tires replaced and the black guy started yelling and running his mouth being very disrepectful. the owner needs to handle his employee.
Apparently these people haven't been dealing With Matt. Because for 1 he isn't Rude , 2 he is not racist at all, 3 he has respect for all women. So I don't know who y'all are dealing with but the Owner Matt is the Sweetest man you'll ever meet. And if he was racist I don't believe he would have the nicest black man I've ever met working for him. An he also had the Best Prices on good used tires. The management is very distasteful and rude. Service is not as it use to be...I suggest management needs to understand people don't have to come to you. Many other places to go, but the choice to use your services should be a honor. Nobody owes you, you owe good customer service and a better attidude of gratitude!
This place is very unprofessional.The manager is rude and has no respect for his customers. Earl was always caring and gave the best customer service but this manager is absolutely horrible

I was treated HORRIBLY by management even after I tried to apologize for not being aware of your process. I've been there plenty of times and never have i been disrespected or treated with such discrimination. not sure if it was my skin or my gender but it was horrible and very unwarranted.
