Went to the store on court st was very satisfied with my experience rob and his team went above and beyond to make sure my wife's car was to par great job guys will def recommend to people and will be back again
I don’t always write reviews but I went to the Vestal location and was quite suprised to see it was not a meineke anymore I explained that I had an alignment package with them and to my surprise they said they would honor the alignment package and before going I knew I needed new wheel bearings they got me right in gave me a extremely great value I’ve previously had bearings done and spent way more they were friendly knowledgeable and quick I would recommend them to anyone in need of any car service
December 23rd and my wife hears a hissing sound from the back tire. They were open, and found a screw in the tire. There was no charge.
I went to have a tire checked and they found a huge nail in the side wall of my tire, they fixed it and sent me on my way with no charge!! Awesome people and a great place to go, Rob was a great guy to talk to and I will always go to them for all my tire needs �
Loved the service I received. Rob V. was especially helpful and HONEST!!!
