Waited 2 1/2 hours today for an alignment and then the technician thought it would be cool to shift my truck off the governor and proceed to go double the speed limit on broad ave. If you value and respect your vehicle, steer clear!
RecommendedI had a flat tire on the rig at 2am and Big E was sent to help out. Not only did Amos get there earlier than the dispatcher said he would but he had me on the road in no time. I highly recommend Big E.

Went to the Vestal, NY location. Fair, honest pricing in my opinion. Love the fact that both times I have visited, they could take the car right in. Other service centers are either overbooked or understaffed, leaving you in the lurch that your vehicle may not get serviced right away. I have found a new service center that I have confidence in just after two visits. Thank you Big E Tire for the customer satisfaction right from the start. You will have my business for this reason.
Just wanted to share my experience today with Big e Tire vs Mavis Discount Tires. I bought tires and valve stems from Mavis 2 years ago. After 1 year i had to have a valve stem replaced. Now i have another leaking valve stem. I called Mavis and they wanted to charge me $18 for a new one. I then called Big e Tire and they replaced it today for free. We were so impressed by the service that we got today !!!!!!!!! Jake & Jason were friendly, honest , fast and courteous and their prices beat all the others. We will Definitely be back !!!!!! We left extremely happy
I am a customer at the Vestal store. Rich is great at customer service! I was quoted a price for my car service needed over the phone and that's what I paid at the shop. Kevin found a tiny piece of metal in my tire, the cause of a constant air leak in the tire, it was like finding a needle in a haystack! They also did a good job repairing my tie rod and wheel bearing. I definitely recommend them for car care service!
