I have wanted to get over to Big D's for the smoked salmon sandwich ever since spotting someone eating one in passing. So I finally had the chance this week and it was wonderful! The salmon was cooked perfectly and the sauce and pretzel roll were a great pairing. I didn't care for the marinated cucumbers with the salmon, but it was easy to brush them aside to eat later by themselves. The price for such a unique and substantial dish with sweet potato fries was reasonable. Thanks, Big Ds!! I will be BACK!
