NM has some insane food, but you guys had the most vibrant green chile of them all. Everything was awesome including the super friendly guy who was hosting that night.

Unmatched quality of food, service, and atmosphere. This place is literally a rose in the field of thorns that is Roswell NM when it comes to food. Every restaurant in town should take a lesson from this place and it'll be hard to eat anywhere else until they do. Excellent.
