I was prompted to buy from Big D's because of the excellent experience my landlords have had. I have had a great experience with them as Rich and all the team have been courteous and have helped with any problems that have come up with my car. Love that a used dealership offers a warranty and also will fix your car💜 Great customer service from start to finish and then after its off the Lot. You will not be dissappointed!
Bought a car 5 weeks ago from Big D's. I took a day off from work and went to get my registration and plates. I was informed that no paperwork had been sent in by the dealer. Called Big D and was told my paperwork was still on their desk! My 40 day sticker expires in 3 days and I am stuck waiting on Big D's. Horrible service!!!
