Guy was 3 hours late when I stated on the phone I needed to be at work by a certain time. No call and no text to explain he was late or that he was even still coming he just showed up randomly. Spent about 45 minutes on his phone. Spent another 30 minutes looking for tools. Said he had no testers or diagnostic tools with him. I have a bad alternator and just needed it replaced. This mechanic charged my 600 for a hose that was the wrong hose and he never even took off the old hose just laid therewith one on the fame.
