Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Marcos Ritchie at Big D Flooring and Supplies is a complete disaster. He lacks even the most basic communication skills, is unbelievably rude, and has zero consideration for customers. This location knows nothing about customer service. Waited 45 minutes to make a purchase while the agent was busy on his phone and couldn’t even have eye contact when he talked to me. The manager agreed with his attitude and told me we are busy and don’t have time to BABY SIT accounts like yours. Fine, I’ll take my business somewhere else.
