Take great care of our beloved dog and cat Dixie (our 1 year old Cavvy) & Meesha (our beautiful 2 yr old cat) are extremely well cared for at Big Creek. We get all we need from the staff and are always given really useful information to keep them as healthy as we can at home (how to brush their teeth, for example!)
truely caring Recently I took my sick cat to another clinic. They told me my cat needed dental work, and they charged me $200 for blood work, a cortisone shot, and a prescription of antobiotics. However, I did not trust them. I picked another clinic at random and found a great one. This one. I struggled to find a good vet when i moved from toledo i actually used to take bella back to toledo for the first two years i lived here (we had an unpleasant vet experience in cleveland.) Finally i decided that i should try another vet and thats when i found Big Creek with Dr, Feagan. They are absolutley GREAT with bella and will continue to take her back there. Quality Care, Outstanding staff When my husband and I first moved to Cleveland, we had a very difficult time finding a decent vet's office. We went through several who claimed they knew the particulars about our dogs (at the time we only had a Shar-Pei and a lab mix but later also added a foxhound mix) and upon arriving, clearly we were misled. These experiences made me feel like my dogs were merely a 'business' not the love of our lives.

We just don't think it was at Big Creek Pet Hospital in Middleburg Hts., OH. You're from San Francisco and we are a suburb of Cleveland. Excellent vet I have been taking my golden retriever to Big Creek for 5+ years. They are the only vet he has seen since he was a pup. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and very friendly, plus they treat my dog like a king. You know a vet is good when your dog is excited to go in the building!
Cat sent home sick bc shy lil bit of $ I'm a 21 yr. old female who works 40 hrs + a week. I called this pet hospital when my male cat started to cry when urinating, and constantly licking himself. The hospital said the $72. office visit included a 30 month check up period for free. I had alerted the office when making the appointment on the phone that I was strapped for cash and could only do so much. Horrible I would not take my worst enemy's dog here. They let both of my dogs die! I'm warning you if your dog is critical condition take her somewhere else!!
treatment and diagnostic options pricey My dog was a patient at big creek for four years and when she needed certain procedures they seemed to offer the more expensive options. When a cyst was removed on her leg they charged me to come back in and have it rewrapped two or three times because the stitches popped out although they knew I was a nurse and could have wrapped it myself if they had given me the bandages.
