Decent OK place to bring pets. A bit overpriced.
We Love Big Creek Vets & Techs! I have been taking my 2 labs there for 5 years. Never have I ever had cause to suspect any misbehavior of any of the Staff at Big Creek. I find them truly caring. I do not believe Dr Feagan would ever stand for any mistreatment of the animals. I would highly recommend Big Creek and do! The anonymous "Good Samaritan" must have other motives.
Quality Care, Outstanding staff When my husband and I first moved to Cleveland, we had a very difficult time finding a decent vet's office. We went through several who claimed they knew the particulars about our dogs (at the time we only had a Shar-Pei and a lab mix but later also added a foxhound mix) and upon arriving, clearly we were misled. angels in disguise i first found bcph about 4 years ago when my cat became quite ill. the vets were very knowledgeable and helped me make the right decision for my pet. i will never forget the compassion they showed when it was finally time to put my cat to sleep. they made me a paw print of him and i will treasure it forever. when i look at that i think of all of the wonderful people who work there and how they have blessed my life and my pets by giving me peace of mind when my cats are sick.
Cat sent home sick bc shy lil bit of $ I'm a 21 yr. old female who works 40 hrs + a week. I called this pet hospital when my male cat started to cry when urinating, and constantly licking himself. The hospital said the $72. office visit included a 30 month check up period for free. I had alerted the office when making the appointment on the phone that I was strapped for cash and could only do so much. Excellent vet I have been taking my golden retriever to Big Creek for 5+ years. They are the only vet he has seen since he was a pup. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and very friendly, plus they treat my dog like a king. You know a vet is good when your dog is excited to go in the building!
Horrible I would not take my worst enemy's dog here. They let both of my dogs die! I'm warning you if your dog is critical condition take her somewhere else!!
Take great care of our beloved dog and cat Dixie (our 1 year old Cavvy) & Meesha (our beautiful 2 yr old cat) are extremely well cared for at Big Creek. We get all we need from the staff and are always given really useful information to keep them as healthy as we can at home (how to brush their teeth, for example!) Pets are valued family members to the team there. Thank you for taking such good care of ours!â
truely caring Recently I took my sick cat to another clinic. They told me my cat needed dental work, and they charged me $200 for blood work, a cortisone shot, and a prescription of antobiotics. However, I did not trust them. I picked another clinic at random and found a great one. This one.
