First visit was fantastic
Very professional and up to date service.
Hygenist spoke so softly I could hear about 1/3 of what she said. I didn't get to exam room until 11:20; my appt was at 11:00. She hadn't picked up my just completed paperwork. She was not familiar with me at all.
no pun intended, but arranging a visit to the Dentist is like pulling teeth - my appointment @ Big Creek Family Dentistry was very positive - the staff, start to finish, was very personable, friendly, informative and supportive.
I Love my Dentist! Dr. Murfee and his staff are the best dental team in Georgia! I have been coming to this practice since 1999 and have been pleased with every visit. Everyone is knowledgeable, highly trained and have the newest technologies and methods.
Big Creek Family Dentistry is amazing. I felt comfortable from the very first phone call. Kathey was wonderful in finding out all my insurance information. Anisa was fantastic with explaining everything she was doing to my teeth. Dr. Murfree and his assistant Stephanie was amazing too!
I had my first appointment with Big Creek Denistry yesterday and it was as good as it gets considering my situation.. Having a real dislike of dentists from past bad experiences I am always stressed when going to a dentist but once I was there, the entire staff, especially Dr. Murfree and his assistant Sidney made me feel quite comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Murfree and his staff, Kathy and Stephanie, were amazing. I was referred to Dr. Murfree's practice because I had a chip tooth that needed to be bonded, and I was experiencing unprofessional service from a dentist that I had been a patient of for over two years. Kathy, the office manager, fit me into Dr. Murfree's schedule the same day. Dr. Murfree and his assistant, Stephanie, did a wonderful job bonding my tooth.
