Andrew was very quick to respond to my plumbing need and even squeezed me in at the end of a long day. He carried all the spare parts needed and persevered with a problem that could have waited till the next day. He explained everything clearly and the repair ended up cheaper than I expected. Thankyou Andrew for a job well done.
Andrew turned up when he said he would and was very thorough in hos work. We were bery happy with his price for the work that he did.

Andrew arrived promptly and did the modifications to the plumbing that I required. Good tidy work. However there was some small damage done to a supply water pipe. I said leave it, but he said fix it. It was done. Now there is a leak where his repair is. He wants extra to fix it. I won't be hiring Big Crack again.
