If I could give them a -10 I would. We took our dog there cause he has a genetic problem that causes his private glands to get stuck outside of his body and has to be put back in by a doctor. At first I thought they were awesome cause I called and explained I didn't get paid for a few days and asked if they would work with us and hold my card on file till I got paid they said yes.
