I can't stop raving about the service we received at Big Country Vet Clinic! From the moment me & my dog walked in the facility, the staff showered my fur baby, Roscoe, with love! He was a new patient & they treated him with gentle kindness. Dr. Heather Lee was quick but very informative. I never felt rushed & I felt she was personally interested in my dog's health & treatment. She didn't suggest any additional medicine or treatment, only what my Roscoe needed for his ear infection. Just want to say Big Country Veterinary is awesome. I've used them for our dogs for years and always been happy but today they went above and beyond. I took Elsie in for a teeth cleaning today.... I went to pick her up and they had her behind the counter on a big fluffy bed in the sun. They told me she seemed really scared in the kennel and they wanted her to be comfortable. While this may not seem like much to some it meant the world to me for them to make sure my baby was comfy.
I love this place! Its affordable and such a nice friendly place!!
