Ordered for birthday and never got delivered
flowers were ordered for me to be delivered. Did not get them and not only that the excuse was flowers were not good looking. How dare you run a business like this. And not contact us.
I would like to thank this florist for contacting me today. I was unhappy with the first arrangement that my mother in law received. I was pleased to receive a phone call today with the offer of making a new arrangement. I also just received a photo of the new arrangement, it is stunning. I mean absolutely beautiful. Thank you again. She will love it. I admire a company that will reach out and try to make their customers happy. I will use them again just because of the way the situation was handled.
Called this morning to order an Edible Arrangement for a closing gift and they had it ready by the afternoon. It was beautiful and just as pictured in their website. So glad they were able to help me out and provide great service and product. � She went above and beyond assisting me with an additional decorative box to carry it in so it wouldn't fall in the car. I will definitely use them again.
Wow! Timing, service, and of course a perfect product. It really made my mother in laws day to receive a mixed arrangement!
The wonderful job they did on the flowers decorations! I had my wife ready to cry at work, with a surprise of a bear made out of flowers and chocolate covered strawberries. Thank you for job well done!
I just received a surprise get well bouqets and it is GOEGEOUS!!! There's even a dog made out of flowers! I LOVE it and definitely will use them in the future
