The food & service was good. Our waitress was excellent, she is only as good as the weakest link. My main beef is the music volume- difficult to have a conversation. Also, the chairs we had seemed low - all of us are tall people & made the same observation. I like this place & will return- good vibe
I probably come to Big City once a month. The food is fantastic, and the drinks are too. The ambiance is very upbeat and lively, and i have never seen BCT have a slow day/afternoon/night. This time around we came for a rainy day brunch. The food was great but the service was eh. Our server was highly inattentive. We all had ordered either unlimited mimosas or bloodys, and there were alot of gaps between drinks. Please dont misunderstand-- we dont expect to have refills within 30 seconds of going empty... Great Food. Great Service. The only complaint is that we stood in line to get seated when we had reservations. They need to have 2 lines or have the hostess seat guests with reservations first.
